旨在打造具有国内外领先水平的固体废物处理处置与资源化技术集成与咨询平台，中心致力于集成清华环境研究院及清华大学环境学院的固体废物领域研发团队与工程中心的相关技术，为国家、地方政府和企事业单位提供相关技术支撑和咨询服务。
